i had a dream about you last night

again

the second in three nights

and in this dream

we were as i wished we were

as i wish we could have been

it felt real

my dreams don't ever feel real

i know that i'm dreaming (its a skill i'm proud of)

but i got fooled this time

and then i woke

and realized it was a dream

and i started crying

and i cried viciously

so viciously that i became exhausted

and fell asleep again

and went back to dreaming about you

but in this dream

i was crying

and you asked me what was wrong

why was i crying

and i told you that you weren't real

and there was no chance of this happening in real life

because this was a dream

and then i woke up again

and i looked at my phone

and saw what you said

and started crying again

i've been listening to sad songs all day

i shouldn't do this.
